With the support of Screen Ireland through the Screen Stakeholders Funding Scheme, we are delighted to announce that we have selected 44 storytellers (writers, directors, producers, creators, showrunners, story editors, development execs) for Writing a Successfull TV Series, an advanced development workshop that constitutes the first stage of our 2025-2026 Series Rewrite Programme.
Most of the selected participants — many of them very experienced — met online today during a live onboarding session that started a month-long process during which they will prepare, explore our interactive TV Series online course and join regular live online Q&A and groupwork sessions.
Congratulations to all, we are delighted to have you on board!
Some of these participants, along with participants from previous TV Series workshops, will be selected to take part in Stage 2 (a hands-on series rewrite workshop) to work with Emmanuel and receive feedback on their projects from their peers. That second stage will kick off in January 2026 in Dublin with a week in-person and will continue online until May 2026.
The Call for Applications for Stage 2 is open until the 28th of November 2025, and a replay of our “12 Ways to a Stronger Series” webclass — that introduces the series rewrite programme — remains available to watch until that deadline. If you’re not sure whether you can apply for Stage 2 or not, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
This programme is supported by Fís Éireann / Screen Ireland through the Screen Stakeholders Funding Scheme
