Hello. Emmanuel Oberg was my mentor at Moonstone’s screenplay development workshops in Leipzig some years back. His wise counsel and encouragement helped and inspired me to complete the screenplay and progress it though years of developmental madness which will be familiar to other Screenwriters and Directors.
DannyBoy finally got made two years ago. Now my micro-budget, indie Batshit crazy RomCom, DannyBoy has been released worldwide on various online platforms by Distributors Under the Milky Way. It toured the Film Festival circuit where it won three major awards – Best Film (twice) and Best Comedy, as well as being nominated in various other categories. In September, the film will have its TV Premiere On RTE. We hope it will be the first of many.
